   The fact that you received notice about a driver’s responsibilty fee after paying this ticket means that you have accumulated 7 or more “points” on your driver’s license. That’s not good. Not only will you have to pay Driver’s Responsibility Fees now imposed by the Sectretary of State, but you insurance rates will suffer. Every point you accumulate on your driver’s license now will only result in more driver’s responsibility fees.    For real, I swear I have had 20 tickets in the last 5 years and not 1 point on my record because of these guys – think I’m lying, ask anyone in the area and they will tell you who the best attorneys are. I am here to say that my Honda CBR600 has been far more trouble and money than it was worth, but my driving record doesnt show it – 3 careless drivings, 2 fleeing and eluding charges, and god knows how many speeding tickets and my record is remarkably clean – several of these tickets were in Sterling Heights, the rest were in Clinton Township, Shelby, Warren, Utica, etc. – these lawyers do a perfect job every time.

You can also tell people that the BEST thing they can do is call the attorneys at Canu Torrice Law immediately when they get a traffic ticket so we can get involved before the ticket goes into default, or it becomes too late and they just “pay the fine” to avoid having their driver’s license suspended.
