OWI in Woodhaven- Worried about Chauffeur's License

Home » General » OWI in Woodhaven- Worried about Chauffeur's License

I was recently out one weekend and was pulled over because I was speeding. The officer also said that he smelled alcohol on my breath so I had to do a breathalyzer and field sobriety tests. I was ok on my field sobriety tests but I blew a 0.14 BAC.  I was watching the Lions game at a buddy’s house in Livonia and had a few beers but thought I was fine to drive a few miles back to my house in Woodhaven. I had to spend the night in jail and I was given an OWI in Woodhaven.

I have a previous OWI from about 11 years ago when I had just turned 21 and I have a chauffeur’s license because I drive limos Down River. I first off am worried about jail time but I am also worried that I will get my license revoked and I will lose my job as a chauffeur. A friend of mine told me about this website and they said they were very impressed with the legal work you did for them. Please help me with this OWI and I would appreciate any help on restoring my license.
