I just got my second DUI after not having a DUI for a very long time. Now I need an attorney in the Macomb County area to help me out. I Got a DUI around 20 years ago when I was in college at Michigan. I am not a heavy drinker just socially every once in a while, getting a DUI never crossed my mind, but I went to a party and had a few beers throughout the game and I thought I would be fine to drive home. I was driving back to my house and was pulled over in Center Line, Michigan. No way did I think I would be getting a DUI. I took a breathalyzer and I took a field sobriety test for the DUI. I passed the field sobriety test but blew a .12 on the breath test. I thought he might let me go without a DUI but he didnt. I wanted to know if I will have a long drivers license suspension or jail time because this is my second DUI even though it was so long ago when I got my first one.
